The right brow shape for your face

Eyebrows follow a simple geometry: the inner start sits vertically above the inner corner of the eye, the highest point above the outer edge of the iris, the end on the line from the nostril to the outer corner of the eye. Within that frame we shape as naturally as possible — defined, but never "painted on".

Just as important is what we don't do: shape too thin. Over-plucked brows often grow back patchy — so we work conservatively and build the shape up cleanly over several appointments if needed.

Tinting: naturally defined, not harsh

When tinting brows (from €8) and lashes (from €8), the shade decides the result. The rule: brows at most one or two shades darker than your hair — that creates definition without severity. For lashes, a rich dark brown or black already delivers the mascara effect that lasts for weeks.

We use only gentle tints developed specially for the eye area. The treatment takes just a few minutes — ideal as the finishing touch to your hair or nail appointment.

The 15-minute fresh-up in 1040 Vienna

Eyebrow shaping (women from €8, men from €7), tinting, upper lip (from €8) — these are all treatments that hardly warrant a trip on their own, but are worth their weight in gold as an add-on. That's why our clients simply attach them to an existing appointment: a quick word when booking, 15 minutes more, a noticeably fresher look.

By the way, it's long been normal for men too: defined brows look groomed, not styled — and with a men's cut, that €7 is the best-invested part of the whole appointment. Favoritenstraße 68, Wieden — Mon–Sat until 7 pm.

The ideal appointment rhythm

Eyebrows grow in spurts: roughly every three to four weeks it's worth a touch-up so the shape stays defined — perfectly combinable with your nail refill or hair appointment on the same rhythm. Tinting brows and lashes also lasts around three to four weeks.

Between appointments, one rule: hands off the tweezers! Even self-tweezed "stray hairs" quickly turn into a crooked shape. Better to hold out for two weeks — we'll bring everything back into line.

Brow trends: full and natural

The days of thin pencil-line brows are over: right now, full, naturally brushed-up brows with a clean lower edge are winning. That plays into the hands of anyone who over-plucked in the past — we shape conservatively and let regrowth build the fullness.

Combined with subtle tinting, this creates that "wide-awake" look that reads as a good night's sleep rather than make-up. A small treatment, an honest from €8 — and an effect you'll see in the mirror every morning.
